About India...

India’s interest in all things health and fitness grew during her time running competitively in her teens. She then developed a keen interest in holistic health, mindfulness and yoga and went onto complete her 200 hour teacher training in Costa Rica.

 

Skip forward a few years, India reignited her love for running and through suffering with frustrating knee pain, she became obsessed with strength training. She has now ran multiple marathons and competed in HYROX competitions. She is the epitome of ‘hybrid’ in her training, combining running and strength training for optimal performance. Yoga remains a tool to find grounding, develop flexibility and calm her often overcharged nervous system! 

 

The enthusiasm and passion India has for running, strength training and yoga combined can be felt during her coaching and she is strong believer that exercise has to be enjoyable. She takes a very holistic approach to her coaching ensuring lifestyle, nutrition and mindset are considered when goal setting.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • CIMSPA Level 3 Personal Training Qualified

  • 200 hour YTT Raja Yoga

  • 200 hour YTT Hatha Yoga 

  • BASI Level 1 and 2 Alpine Ski Qualified

  • Running (London, Paris and Amsterdam Marathon)

Fully Insured for Personal Training and Yoga Instruction

PERSONAL COACHING (60 minutes)

1-9 Sessions...........................£85.00 (per session)

10 Sessions.....................£800.00 (£80 per session)

20 Sessions...................£1500.00 (£75 per session)

Note: Sessions to be completed within 6 months of first session.

The benefit of working with us at lift is that you have a multidisciplinary team giving you a fully holistic approach to reaching your goals.  This could involve a combination of personal training, dietetic analysis and lifestyle coaching, along with a regualr sports massage. Your plan can be entirely tailored to you.
