LIFT JANUARY CHALLENGE - FROM 3rd JAN

Need a LIFT after the year we've all had? Join our 22 day January challenge. Get to know the team as they guide you through three weeks designed to educate you and leave you with a few healthy new habits to take forward into the rest of the year. #januarylift

What you can expect?

  • Weekly group check ins and live Q&A from one of the LIFT team

  • 3 video workouts a week (Conditioning, Strength/Power and Mobility)

  • A weekly recipe to try

  • 3 lifestyle challenges a week

On day one we will brief you on what to expect, help you to set some goals and if you so choose you can take some physical measures related to these goals (weight, fitness tests etc). Then each week we will check in on how you did the previous week and what to expect the next week.


Each week will consist of:

  • 30 minute online workouts delivered by our trainers on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

  • Tuesday and Thursday will consist of 'homework' exercise activities that you can compete on your own as well as Lifestyle education challenges.

  • Saturday will be your healthy recipe challenge and Sunday will be your check in.

The Purpose of this challenge is to motivate you to leave you with some (or even just one) new habit that can can continue through the rest of the year. We want to motivate you to be more active and educate you in how to:

  • Exercise

  • Eat

  • Hydrate

  • Sleep

  • De-stress

We are offering up Prizes to the top 5 most succesful participants of the challenge.


Your prize can be chosen from one of the following:

  • 60 minute Personal training session (in our studio or online)

  • 45 minute Sports massage treatment (if/when Covid allows)

  • 20 minute Dietary and lifestyle consultation with our dietitian

How to win?

WE NEED PROOF! The prizes will go to the 5 people who post or share their efforts the most on either Instagram or Facebook.


Share proof of you completing as many of the days challenges as you can and remember to tag our Instagram account / Facebook page otherwise we will not be able to keep score! These can be photo or video posts or stories on Facebook or Instagram. We will also count posts to the private challenge group although if it comes down to a tie, public posts will outscore private ones!

THE FIRST 50 TO SIGN UP WILL ACCESS THE CHALLENGE FOR FREE! Subsequent access will cost £10.


We will email you a link to the private Challenge page on Facebook on the 2nd Jan ready for the start on the 3rd January.
