That is how we went about designing our exclusive personal training studio. Light, airy and spacious.
Our trainers use the space to help you feel at ease and motivated to push yourself to new heights. We are pround of the environment and community we have built, with clients and coaches supporting each other and creating an amazing atmosphere to reach your goals.
Housed in the private and extremely cool Matrix Recording Studios only minutes walk from Parsons Green. You are guarenteed privacy and a sense of escape to focus on your training, health and fitness.
There are showers on site as well as a cafe, which you are welcome to hang around, to enjoy a coffee or recovery smoothie post workout.
