A full time Personal Trainer and Strength Coach of over 18 years, Mark has successfully worked with a huge variety of athletes and clientele both in London and around the world.
With an academic background consisting of two research degrees, you can always be assured, Mark remains educated and up to date with developments and recent research. Having a thorough understanding of the human body, its processes and the science related to training, allows Mark to safely plan and adapt programs for optimal results across different populations.
​With over 25,000 contact hours with clients ranging from international athletes to first time gym users, Mark knows both what it takes to push an experienced athlete to their limits, as well as making less confident individuals comfortable around the gym and in themselves. ​

Flo has a huge passion for health and fitness. With a competitive background in Skiing, Boxing and Lacrosse, she uses Pilates and strength training to encourage confidence, prevent injuries and relieve daily aches and pains.

Flo believes in both the mental and physical benefits of Pilates for every age group, and relishes helping her clients find their mind-body connection through movement.

As a personal trainer, certified strength and conditioning specialist and former national level athlete, Cameron truly understands how to enhance the human body to perform at its best, understanding the essential balance of hard work and enjoyment for his clients.
Cameron’s experience as an elite-level rower developed his keen interest in understanding how the human body changes and develops through various types of training. He used this knowledge and interest in the human body to complete two research degrees, along with continuing his own personal education in the field, ensuring that he has the knowledge to support his experience.......

She will gather all the necessary information, based on evidence, not only to encourage a dietary behaviour change, but also to support a unique individualised lifestyle intervention, that will work for you.
