A full time Personal Trainer and Strength Coach of over 18 years, Mark has successfully worked with a huge variety of athletes and clientele both in London and around the world.

 

With an academic background consisting of two research degrees, you can always be assured, Mark remains educated and up to date with developments and recent research.  Having a thorough understanding of the human body, its processes and the science related to training, allows Mark to safely plan and adapt programs for optimal results across different populations. 

 

​With over 25,000 contact hours with clients ranging from international athletes to first time gym users, Mark knows both what it takes to push an experienced athlete to their limits, as well as making less confident individuals comfortable around the gym and in themselves.  â€‹

As a personal trainer, certified strength and conditioning specialist and former national level athlete, Cameron truly understands how to enhance the human body to perform at its best, understanding the essential balance of hard work and enjoyment for his clients.

 

Cameron’s experience as an elite-level rower developed his keen interest in understanding how the human body changes and develops through various types of training. He used this knowledge and interest in the human body to complete two research degrees, along with continuing his own personal education in the field, ensuring that he has the knowledge to support his experience.......

Originally from Sweden, Molly has been moving for as long as she can remember. She began dancing at the age of four and spent years training and teaching before expanding into a broader world of fitness.

 

When Molly moved to fast-paced London, Pilates became the practice that helped her slow down, reconnect and find true mind to muscle awareness. Since her move, Molly has embraced everything from CrossFit and Hyrox to strength training, finding that including Pilates amoung these other activities helped create a stronger, more mobile and more injury-resistant body.....

She has worked with 100’s of clients with varying concerns and goals; from injury prevention & recovery, back pain management, increasing athletic performance and improving posture, movement and strength.

Now in mid-life, Nicki has both experienced and seen first hand, how age & busy schedule is no barrier to staying fit & strong, allowing clients of all ages and fitness levels gain confidence physically and mentally.

Ale's life experience, and many years supporting people around the world, has led her to develop an authentic method of coaching.  She will gather all the necessary information, based on evidence, not only to encourage a dietary behaviour change, but also to support a unique individualised lifestyle intervention, that will work for you.
