About Alice...

Alice is a Certified Personal Trainer and Pre and Post Natal Coach, dedicated to empowering individuals through strength training. Having discovered her own passion for strength, fitness and wellbeing through training and study, Alice aims to motivate individuals to find their confidence in fitness environments. Despite loathing PE in school, Alice has since competed in Hyrox and ATHX, summited Kilimanjaro and ran London Marathon, always searching for the next physical challenge. 

 

Following a diagnosis of Endometriosis in 2021, Alice has completely transformed her approach to exercise, having previously focused on the aesthetics of strength training, her approach is now for function and easing symptoms, such as chronic pain. She has recently certified as an Endometriosis Wellness Practitioner, to support others undergoing diagnosis and those suffering from Endometriosis.  As a certified Pre and Post Natal Coach, Alice understands the emotional and physical changes that come with pregnancy and motherhood. Alice can develop safe programmes designed to support your body throughout your pregnancy to maintain strength and preparing antenatal clients for delivery, whilst post-natal sessions emphasise your recovery and rebuilding strength.

Welcoming a new addition to the family is a joyous occasion, but it can also bring about physical challenges for new mothers. Our Ante & Post natal training services focus on building core strength, addressing muscle imbalances, and promoting overall well-being during pregnancy and after childbirth.​​  

 

Alice, our specialist in women's strength training, provides individualised coaching through personal training sessions and a customised program tailored to your needs. First Trimester

An introduction to Strength Training in the first months of your pregnancy.  Learn how to prepare your body for the changes ahead, maintain your current fitness level and see the benefits of exercise, such as enhanced core strength, stability, and posture.

Second Trimester

As your body begins to change, we build on the strength achieved during your first trimester.     The second trimester is a chance to improve posture and maintain mobility. Focus is shifts to our ability to perform functional movements for everyday movement.

Third Trimester

In your final trimester, we prepare the body for labour, encouraging you to remain active to provide confidence as you approach birth. Strength training can be practised safely, up until your final weeks of pregnancy, with consideration for increased fatigue and potential discomfort as the baby grows. 

LADIES THAT LIFT

12 x 60 minute personal training sessions

Ladies, do you lift?  ​When you look at all the benefits of strength training for women, the question should be why aren't you lifting? From increased bone and muscle density (which prevents diseases such as osteoperosis), to improved confidence, better posture and generally just feeling strong, we really all should be doing some sort of strength training. We understand that starting strength training can be daunting.  Your goals, bodies and the challenges that you face physically and mentally should not just be approached in the same way we would traing a male. We have decades of experience training women of all ages, through physical development, pregnancies and menopause.  This program is aimed at developing confidence and proficiancy in a gym over 6-12 weeks in our exclusive studio. We also aim to educate as to how best to train for health, longevity, strength and fat loss through various stages of life.  ​  

 

Must be used within 12 weeks.

STRENGTH TRAINING WITH ENDOMETRIOSIS

Learn how strength training can play a powerful role in managing symptoms of endometriosis, in reducing chronic pain, fatigue and inflammation. Through a bespoke personal training programme, strength training will aim to improve mobility and posture, easing pelvic and lower back tension.

 

Building muscular strength and endurance will enhance daily functionality and resilience to chronic symptoms. Have confidence in being safely guided by an Endometriosis Wellness Practitioner.
