Cameron Spurling
As a personal trainer, certified strength and conditioning specialist and former national level athlete, Cameron truly understands how to enhance the human body to perform at its best, understanding the essential balance of hard work and enjoyment for his clients.
Cameron’s experience as an elite-level rower developed his keen interest in understanding how the human body changes and develops through various types of training.
