Mark Stanton

A full time Personal Trainer and Strength Coach of over 18 years, Mark has successfully worked with a huge variety of athletes and clientele both in London and around the world. With an academic background consisting of two research degrees, Mark remains educated and up to date with developments and recent research. With over 25,000 contact hours with clients ranging from international athletes to first time gym users, Mark knows both what it takes to push an experienced athlete to their limits, as well as making less confident individuals comfortable around the gym and in themselves.

As a personal trainer, certified strength and conditioning specialist and former national level athlete, Cameron truly understands how to enhance the human body to perform at its best, understanding the essential balance of hard work and enjoyment for his clients. Cameron's experience as an elite-level rower developed his keen interest in understanding how the human body changes and develops through various types of training. He used this knowledge to complete two research degrees, ensuring that he has the knowledge to support his experience.

Giorgio has always been an athlete with broad experience in sports at a competitive level — with his best results in football, swimming, and running. His personal journey led him to pursue a BSc in Sports Science, followed by an MSc in Sports Science, Rehab, and Lifestyle Change, ensuring he brings both expertise and empathy to every session.

With over 17 years in the wellness industry, Nicki loves to share the benefits of Pilates and its principles, enabling clients to build strength, mobility, tone and mental wellbeing. She has worked with hundreds of clients with varying concerns and goals; from injury prevention and recovery, back pain management, increasing athletic performance and improving posture, movement and strength. Now in mid-life, Nicki has both experienced and seen first hand how age and busy schedules are no barrier to staying fit and strong.

Originally from Sweden, Molly has been moving for as long as she can remember. She began dancing at the age of four and spent years training and teaching before expanding into a broader world of fitness. When Molly moved to fast-paced London, Pilates became the practice that helped her slow down, reconnect and find true mind to muscle awareness. She has embraced everything from CrossFit and Hyrox to strength training, finding that including Pilates among these other activities helped create a stronger, more mobile and more injury-resistant body.

Rob Scholten

Rob is a personal trainer/performance and corrective exercise specialist with over 15 years of experience working across a wide range of populations. He takes a holistic, evidence-based approach to coaching, with a strong focus on long-term health, performance, and resilience.    Having worked alongside physiotherapists in post-rehabilitation settings, Rob has integrated reformer Pilates principles and corrective strategies to restore movement quality and rebuild confidence from the ground up. His experience spans elite youth athletes, high-performing executives, and military personnel, allowing him to deliver disciplined, adaptable, and highly personalised programmes.    With over 40 years of martial arts experience—including 20 years of competition in judo, kickboxing, Muay Thai, and MMA—Rob brings firsthand insight into the physical and mental demands of high-level performance.
