A full time Personal Trainer and Strength Coach of over 15 years, Mark has successfully worked with a huge variety of athletes and clientele both in London and around the world.
With an academic background consisting of two research degrees, you can always be assured, Mark remains educated and up to date with developments and recent research. Having a thorough understanding of the human body, its processes and the science related to training, allows Mark to safely plan and adapt programs for optimal results across different populations.
From years working with clients ranging from international athletes to first time gym users, Mark knows both what it takes to push an experienced athlete to their limits, as well as making less confident individuals comfortable around the gym and in themselves.

The benefit of working with us at lift is that you have a multidisciplinary team giving you a fully holistic approach to reaching your goals. This could involve a combination of personal training, dietetic analysis and lifestyle coaching, along with a regualr sports massage. Your plan can be entirely tailored to you.
