Strength + Pilates Hybrid:
The smart way to train for performance and Longevity!
By coordinating the expertise of both our S&C and Pilates coaches, we identify the particular demands of your competitive or personal goals before implementing a bespoke weekly structure.
Using effective periodisation, we ensure your strength sessions provide the stimulus for growth, while your dedicated Pilates sessions optimize the movement qualities and fascial integration required to apply that strength effectively. Strength + Pilates Integration:
Our coaches implement bespoke session designs that integrate Pilates based activation or movement control work directly alongside compound lifting and traditional strength methods.
