Rob is a personal trainer/performance and corrective exercise specialist with over 15 years of experience working across a wide range of populations. He takes a holistic, evidence-based approach to coaching, with a strong focus on long-term health, performance, and resilience.
Having worked alongside physiotherapists in post-rehabilitation settings, Rob has integrated reformer Pilates principles and corrective strategies to restore movement quality and rebuild confidence from the ground up. His experience spans elite youth athletes, high-performing executives, and military personnel, allowing him to deliver disciplined, adaptable, and highly personalised programmes.
With over 40 years of martial arts experience—including 20 years of competition in judo, kickboxing, Muay Thai, and MMA—Rob brings firsthand insight into the physical and mental demands of high-level performance.
