THE LIFT STORY
A bit about us…. LIFT Est.2020

LIFT was founded in 2020 by Strength & Conditioning expert Mark Stanton. With the aim of bringing elite-level Strength & Conditioning to the Parsons Green community.
Having spent fifteen years training in gyms across the globe, Mark found that high-level Strength & Conditioning, backed by genuine science rather than fleeting "fads”, was almost exclusively reserved for elite athletes.
Mark wanted to bring professional training to dedicated members of the public. He acknowledged that the value in good training isn’t in the size of a gym or the equipment available, rather the knowledge behind the programming and experience behind the coaching.
“The value was in the people”
From the outset, the studio’s mantra has been "Keeping Fitness Personal." Whether training a seasoned professional or someone stepping into a gym for the first time, the approach remains the same: bespoke, scientific, and entirely devoid of ego.
Today, our Parsons Green studio stands as a testament to that original goal. A collaborative environment where a team of expert coaches and a Dietitian work together to deliver results to everyone, that are as sustainable as they are impressive.
