About Alejandra...
Alejandra is a Lifestyle Medicine certified, Registered Dietitian with over 16 years experience and a strong belief that everyone can lead a healthy lifestyle regardless of their circumstances.
Her focus and expertise are Holistic Weight Management and Women’s Health.
Ale's life experience, and many years supporting people around the world, has led her to develop an authentic method of coaching. She will gather all the necessary information, based on evidence, not only to encourage a dietary behaviour change, but also to support a unique individualised lifestyle intervention, that will work for you.
The umbrella of Lifestyle Medicine can be applied to all health disciplines,
however, and Ale has first hand experience addressing her own conditions using the principles.
She is now passionate about applying its principles to the management of IBS and the low FODMAP diet, endometriosis, PCOS, infertility, pre and post-natal nutrition, and the one and only phase of peri menopause and menopause.
With extensive CPD and further qualifications in behavioural change and neuro-linguistic programming, I have the knowledge and experience to support women and men in these areas with a unique and empathetic approach. Always evidence – based.

For those looking to transform their lifestyles, habits or physique. The LIFT Signature program is a fully bespoke 1 to 1 coaching programme tailored to you.
You will benefit from the combined expertise of a personal dietitian and personal trainer who will work together to provide full nutrition, lifestyle and fitness coaching for 12 weeks.

Exclusively for clients who undertake Personal training sessions at LIFT

Our monthly nutrition bolt on provides access to specialist support from our registered dietitian to compliment the training you do in the gym.
​
You will have an initial 60 minute consultation with Alejandra, where she will assess your dietary needs and goals before providing a monthly support plan.
​
This will be implemented throughout each month by your personal trainer, before checking in on your progress with Alejandra at the turn of each month.
