About Cam...

As a personal trainer, certified strength and conditioning specialist and former national level athlete, Cameron truly understands how to enhance the human body to perform at its best, understanding the essential balance of hard work and enjoyment for his clients.

 

Cameron’s experience as an elite-level rower developed his keen interest in understanding how the human body changes and develops through various types of training. He used this knowledge and interest in the human body to complete two research degrees, along with continuing his own personal education in the field, ensuring that he has the knowledge to support his experience. 

 

Having coached a wide variety of clients in the UK, Europe and the USA, ranging from busy workers and exercise newcomers through to high-performance athletes and para-athletes. With his friendly and approachable manner you can be assured that, regardless of your previous experience, Cameron will be the right coach to guide you through your training journey.

Condition your body for golf with this pack of 10 private sessions where you will learn where you can gain the vital edge on the course. 

 

Cameron will take you through a full physical screening, identifying where your mobility and stability is holding you back in your golf swing, and introducing you to gym movements that support you with your movement control, sequencing and strength in all golf positions. 

 

This pack is designed for golfers of all abilities, whether you are new to the sport and looking to improve your understanding of how the body needs to move to hit the perfect shot, or a seasoned golfer looking to push your handicap lower, the sessions will be individually tailored to suit your swing.

In these 12 sessions, you will learn how to operate safely in a gym environment, including using the equipment appropriately, understanding correct lifting techniques and learning how to follow a programme suited to your goals.

 

These sessions are designed to help not only the gym newcomers but any young individual who wants to enhance their training and looking for more guidance and knowledge to support them in their training goals.
