With over seven years of experience in the wellness industry, Imogen brings a unique approach to Pilates that blends fitness, functional movement, and overall well-being. Her expertise extends beyond the studio, drawing on corporate, practical, and academic knowledge to help clients achieve sustainable results. Imogen is passionate about creating personalized 1:1 programs tailored to each client’s goals, challenges, and lifestyle, empowering athletes, professionals, and busy parents to make meaningful, lasting changes through the transformative power of Pilates.
As a mom of two, avid Jiu Jitsu student, boxer, and dedicated Pilates practitioner, she understands the importance of balance, efficiency, and accountability. Imogen uses Pilates equipment like the Stability Chair, Tower, and Mat to deliver sessions that target functional strength and correct imbalances, helping her clients feel stronger, more energized, and ready to take on life's demands.
