With over seven years in the health and wellness industry, Imogen incorporates a Performance Pilates approach that leverages strength, control, and longevity to help athletes and active individuals enhance performance and reduce injury risk.
Her programs are tailored to each client’s goals, challenges, and sport-specific demands, combining Pilates principles with functional movement and holistic well-being.
Imogen is passionate about creating personalized 1:1 sessions that empower clients—from aspiring competitors and elite performers to those training for their first 5K—to build functional strength, improve control, and sustain long-term performance.
As a mom of two, avid Jiu Jitsu student, boxer, and dedicated Pilates practitioner, she understands the importance of efficiency, balance, and accountability.
Using equipment like the Stability Chair, Tower, Mat, and Reformer, Imogen delivers sessions that correct imbalances, enhance mobility, and develop core strength, helping clients move stronger, safer, and more confidently—both on their chosen field and in everyday life.
