About Flo...
Flo has a huge passion for health and fitness. With a competitive background in Skiing, Boxing and Lacrosse, she uses Pilates and strength training to encourage confidence, prevent injuries and relieve daily aches and pains.
Flo’s passion for Pilates developed following a sporting injury resulting in a stress fracture to her back. She became determined to learn more about her body and how to heal it. She went on to qualify as a Personal Trainer, however it wasn’t until she trained completed 600 hours of training as a Pilates Instructor that she noticed a significant improvement to her body and indeed her clients too. She has successfully worked through clients injuries and got them back to being pain free and feeling stronger than ever before.
Flo believes in both the mental and physical benefits of Pilates for every age group, and relishes helping her clients find their mind-body connection through movement.

Flo will not only teach you how to use the machine, she will also make sure you have a full understanding of Pilates basics and body awareness to ensure you get the most out of any reformer classes you may do.

This pack is great for beginners but also for more experienced class goers who may just wnat some detailed and personal advice about what they need to focus on in classes and individual adjustments you can make to suit your body.

Welcoming a new addition to the family is a joyous occasion, but it can also bring about physical challenges for new mothers.
Our Ante & Post natal training services focus on rebuilding core strength, addressing muscle imbalances, and promoting overall well-being during pregnancy and after childbirth.
We provide a supportive environment where mothers can safely regain strength and confidence in their bodies.
In studio sessions will have focus on a personalised session and to make sure all exercises are performed with the correct form. Videos will be then prescribed to you to do at home to continue progressing even when you are not able to come into the studio.

Back pain can be debilitating, impacting every aspect of daily life.
Our tailored pilates programs are designed to address the root causes of back pain, incorporating targeted exercises and personalised guidance to alleviate discomfort and restore mobility.
In studio sessions will have focus on a personalised session and to make sure all exercises are performed with the correct form. Videos will be then prescribed to you to do at home to continue the rehabilitation process when you are a not able to come into the studio.
