This is a series of Strength and Conditioning workshops for Running.

Session 2 (05/03/25) - Strength and Conditioning principles, technique and exercises - Part 2

Session 3 (02/04/25) - Optimal Preparation for racing.


The content has been designed to progress from session to session. However you may choose to attend individual sessions or all three.
