About Giorgio

My name is Giorgio, but you can call me G. 

 

I’ve always been an athlete and had a broad experience in sports at a competitive level — with my best results in football, swimming, and running. Over the years, I’ve worked as a coach with both athletes and the general fitness population.

In my teens, I struggled with an eating disorder. I couldn’t find someone who truly saw me, listened to me, and helped guide me out of that dark place. That experience led me

to pursue a BSc in Sports Science, followed by an MSc in Sports Science, Rehab, and Lifestyle Change.

 

I’m now completing a second MSc in Human Nutrition — all so I can help others find peace in their bodies, enjoy movement, and live their lives fully.

I know how painful it can be to look at your body and feel ashamed, or to be caught in a cycle of endless diets and food rules. I’ve been there too.

Today, I coach people who want a safe space to reach their fitness goals without giving up the things that truly matter to them.

For those looking to transform their lifestyles, habits or physique.  The LIFT Signature program is a fully bespoke 1 to 1 coaching programme tailored to you. 

In these 12-weeks, you’ll learn the fundamentals of training for improving your shape without sacrificing your lifestyle but improving healthy and sustainable habits.

 

You have the option to work with Giorgio alone or to combine his expertise with that of our registered dietitian. They can then work together to provide full nutrition, lifestyle and fitness coaching for 12 weeks.
