About Molly...
Originally from Sweden, Molly has been moving for as long as she can remember. She began dancing at the age of four and spent years training and teaching before expanding into a broader world of fitness.
When Molly moved to fast-paced London, Pilates became the practice that helped her slow down, reconnect and find true mind to muscle awareness. Since her move, Molly has embraced everything from CrossFit and Hyrox to strength training, finding that including Pilates amoung these other activities helped create a stronger, more mobile and more injury-resistant body.
With a strong background in dance and functional training, Molly is passionate about helping clients build strength from the inside out, improve mobility and create pain-free, everyday movement.
For Molly, movement has always been just as vital for mental wellbeing as it is for physical health. With a warm, positive and encouraging approach, she aims to make every session empowering, supportive and just a little bit fun - helping clients feel stronger, more balanced and truly connected with their bodies.

Build your confidence with our pack of 5 private sessions where you’ll get to know the equipment and exercises so can join classes without any worry.
Molly will not only teach you how to use the machine, she will also make sure you have a full understanding of Pilates basics and body awareness to ensure you get the most out of any reformer classes you may do.
This pack is great for beginners but also for more experienced class goers who may just want some detailed and personal advice about what they need to focus on in classes and individual adjustments you can make to suit your body.
