​Teenage years are hugely important for physical development and skill acquisition. We can help young athletes targeting team selection, preparing for international competition, or simply aiming for higher levels of performance. Any young person committed to understanding their body can build a robust, injury-resilient foundation for lifelong athleticism. We're here to guide every step of their Strength and Conditioning journey.

 

Cameron and Mark are both highly experienced strength & conditioning coaches. We've successfully guided youngsters to represent their countries on the international stage in Track and Field, Combat Sports, Rugby, and more. Our combined expertise ensures your child receives top-tier coaching designed for genuine, sustainable progress, minimizing injury risk and preventing burnout.

Individual
Strength & Conditioning.

Ages: 13-18years

Most suited toward individuals who are looking for that extra edge in working towards specific competitive sporting goals.

​

Equally for those who learn and work best individually instead of as a part of a group.

Flexible timings (Subject to availability)

From 12th July to 5th September

Summer Holiday Packages:

£350 for 5 Personal sessions.

£650 for 10 Personal sessions.

£900 for 15 Personal sessions.​

Group
Strength & Conditioning.

Ages: 13-18years

With fixed training days and times, group training is more cost efficient and sociable!

 

For those who want to meet like minded individuals, learn and train as a part of a team. 

Every Tuesday and Thursday at 3pm.

From 15th July to 4th September 

 

Maximum capacity:

6 per class

 

Summer holiday Package:

£350 for 10 group sessions

​Our Long-Term Athletic Development (LTAD) Approach

We believe in coaching young individuals for sustained success and lifelong physical literacy. Our programs are designed to meet your child at their unique developmental stage, whether they're a complete beginner or a high-performing athlete. We move beyond short-term gains, focusing on:​​

Age appropriate training

We don't impose adult training regimens. Our programming considers your child's biological and chronological age, ensuring that the training stimulus is optimized for their growth phase. This reduces the risk of overuse injuries common with early specialization and promotes healthy development.
